Role & Responsibilities

  • Support the RTW Production Planning team in day-to-day planning and execution activities on site in Novara.
  • Monitor and control production progress of special garments, flagging advances and delays.
  • Update and maintain production progress reports and material control documents.
  • Keep product Master Data Management current (drop and combined items).
  • Process and analyse KPIs (service rates, production advances and delays) to support continuous improvement.
  • Assist with editing and documentation tasks as directed by the company tutor.

Qualifications

  • Enrolled in or recently graduated from a degree in Fashion Production, Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management or related field.
  • Previous internship or practical exposure to production planning or industrial operations preferred.
  • Excellent command of Italian and fluent English.
  • High numerical accuracy, attention to detail and strong organisational habits.
  • Ability to perform under pressure and meet tight deadlines with flexibility and proactivity.

Experience

Some prior exposure to production planning activities is preferred; internship experience or practical coursework in apparel production, industrial operations or supply‑chain contexts is an advantage.

Education

Enrolled in or recently completed a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Fashion Production, Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Logistics or a related discipline.
