Versace Vancouver Outlet seeks a full-time Sales Associate in Vancouver, BC — deliver luxury client service and achieve sales targets at Versace.
Role & Responsibilities
- Act as a Brand Ambassador to deliver an exceptional, personalized client experience and champion the Retail Excellence Program.
- Achieve and exceed individual and store sales targets (daily, monthly, yearly) and related KPIs including UPT and ATV.
- Develop and maintain genuine client relationships through proactive clienteling, follow-up calls, thank-you notes and after-sales service.
- Capture and maintain accurate client data to support CRM and repeat business initiatives.
- Support team initiatives to acquire new clients while nurturing existing clientele.
- Execute store operational procedures including opening/closing consignments, processing returns and exchanges, and handling repairs.
- Conceive and contribute to business-driving initiatives, contests and in-store events.
- Communicate effectively with clients, peers and management to ensure seamless service delivery.
Qualifications
- Minimum two years' experience in a retail environment; luxury retail experience preferred.
- Demonstrated understanding of specialty retail and effective clienteling techniques.
- Proven sales orientation with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
- Strong interpersonal skills, high energy and an entrepreneurial, customer-focused attitude.
- Ability to multi-task and perform under pressure in a fast-paced retail environment.
Skills
Experience
Minimum of two years' retail experience; prior luxury or designer brand experience is preferred.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; retail, fashion or sales-related training is an asset.
Workplace
The successful candidate will be located in Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada.
Compensation
The base compensation for this position is CAD 21 per hour.
