Role & Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain long-term client relationships through proactive outreach, personalised service and follow-up to maximise customer lifetime value.
- Partner with store management to achieve and exceed sales targets across all product categories through consultative and masterful selling techniques.
- Capture and maintain accurate customer data in the CRM system and execute clienteling activities and post‑sale service to drive loyalty.
- Support boutique operations including goods receiving, stock transfers, stock counts and backroom organisation to ensure inventory integrity.
- Maintain store presentation and visual merchandising standards, participate in VM set-ups and ensure the boutique reflects brand directives.
- Contribute to in-store and promotional events, and help implement the boutique's community outreach initiatives to cultivate the client base.
- Act as a brand ambassador at all times, delivering the Versace customer experience to VIP and new clientele and promoting product knowledge among peers.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years' retail experience; luxury retail experience strongly preferred.
- Proven ability to meet sales targets and deliver personalized, high‑level customer service.
- Proficiency in operating a retail sales system and competency with Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel and email communication.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills and the ability to collaborate with peers and management.
- High-energy, outgoing personality with commercial drive and a client-first mindset.

Experience
At least two years of retail experience, with a preference for candidates who have worked in luxury or premium fashion environments and who are accustomed to clienteling and achieving commercial targets.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; tertiary education in fashion, retail or business is a plus.

The successful candidate will be located in Las Rozas, Madrid, Spain, with easy access to Madrid.
