Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver the Versace client experience by building relationships, advising on product and closing sales to meet targets.
- Partner with store management to achieve sales objectives and actively increase product and brand knowledge.
- Capture and maintain customer data in the CRM; execute post-sale follow-up to nurture long-term client relationships.
- Support in-store events and promotional activities; participate in community outreach to grow the boutique’s client base.
- Maintain operational standards including stock management, goods receiving, transfers, stocktakes and reporting.
- Ensure store presentation and visual merchandising meet company directives and assist with VM set-ups.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years' retail experience; luxury retail experience strongly preferred.
- Proficient computer skills including operation of a retail sales system, Word, Excel and email.
- Exceptional verbal communication and interpersonal skills; proven ability to engage and convert clients.
- Customer-focused, proactive and resilient with an energetic personality suited to a fast-paced boutique environment.
Skills
Experience
At least 2 years of frontline retail experience, preferably within luxury fashion or high-end lifestyle brands, with demonstrated success in clienteling and achieving sales targets.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training or formal education in retail, fashion or visual merchandising is a plus.

The successful candidate will be located in Las Rozas, Madrid, Spain, with easy access to Madrid.
