Role & Responsibilities
- Produce recurring and ad-hoc business analyses and executive-level reports (weekly, monthly and project-based) to inform commercial decision-making.
- Monitor, consolidate and review retail KPIs (actuals vs. targets) in close collaboration with CRM and other HQ functions.
- Translate quantitative findings into clear, actionable business insights and recommendations for regional teams and senior management.
- Facilitate structured alignment and feedback loops with regional markets to ensure HQ initiatives are locally relevant and performance-driven.
- Support the creation of consolidated retail action plans that address key performance drivers and local market priorities.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Economics or Mathematics.
- Strong analytical mindset with a genuine interest in retail performance and commercial metrics.
- Ability to interpret quantitative data and convert it into practical business recommendations.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and strong presentation skills in PowerPoint.
- Fluency in English, both written and spoken.

Experience
No minimum professional experience required; relevant internships, coursework or academic projects in retail analytics, operations or data analysis are advantageous.
Education
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Economics or Mathematics.
