Versace seeks a Full-Time Retail Keyholder in Atlanta, GA to drive sales, lead clientelling, and manage store operations at the North Georgia Premium Outlet.
Role & Responsibilities
- Embody the Versace brand through exceptional client experience and promotion of the Retail Excellence Program
- Exceed daily, monthly, and yearly sales targets whilst maintaining superior client service standards
- Build and cultivate genuine, long-term client relationships through strategic clientelling and after-sales service including thank-you correspondence and product maintenance follow-up
- Capture and manage client data to support CRM initiatives and drive targeted engagement
- Lead by example in operational excellence, including register operations, visual merchandising maintenance, and inventory management
- Support seamless daily inventory operations including opening and closing consignments, processing returns and exchanges
- Develop and execute business-driving initiatives, contests, and promotional events to drive traffic and engagement
- Provide coaching and training to sales team members to elevate performance and consistency
- Maintain effective communication and establish strong partnerships with clients, peers, and management
Qualifications
- Minimum three years of professional retail experience
- Demonstrated expertise in specialty retail and a proven track record of successful clientelling
- Ability to thrive in a high-paced retail environment whilst managing multiple responsibilities simultaneously
- Entrepreneurial mindset with strong sales orientation and powerful interpersonal presence
- Proficiency in retail operations, POS systems, and inventory management
Skills
Experience
Minimum three years of professional experience in a retail environment, with demonstrated expertise in specialty retail, client engagement, and sales leadership within a luxury or premium brand context.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; additional retail management certification or advanced education in business is preferred but not required.
