Role & Responsibilities
- Act as a Brand Ambassador by delivering an exceptional client experience and promoting the Retail Excellence standards across the team.
- Achieve and exceed individual and store sales targets (daily, monthly, yearly) and key KPIs such as UPT and ATV.
- Drive client acquisition and data capture initiatives; maintain and nurture long-term client relationships through after-sales service (thank-you notes, follow-up calls, repair/maintenance follow-up).
- Support daily store operations including opening and closing registers, processing returns/exchanges, opening/closing consignments and maintaining inventory accuracy.
- Maintain visual presentation and store standards; assist with visual merchandising and upkeep of the sales floor.
- Coach, train and motivate sales colleagues; develop and implement business-driving initiatives, contests and client events.
Qualifications
- Minimum three years' experience in a retail environment with demonstrated success in clientelling.
- Comprehensive understanding of specialty retail operations and luxury customer service standards.
- Proven ability to thrive in a high‑paced retail environment and to multi‑task while managing competing priorities.
- Entrepreneurial, sales‑focused personality with strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Experience
At least three years of progressive retail experience in specialty or luxury retail with a documented track record of meeting sales targets and building lasting client relationships.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; post‑secondary coursework or degree in business, fashion, retail or a related field preferred but not required.
