Role & Responsibilities
- Produce management reporting and KPIs for Retail, delivering timely daily/weekly dashboards and ad hoc analysis for senior leadership.
- Lead retail forecasting, budgeting, reforecasts and three‑year planning in coordination with regional teams and cross‑functional stakeholders.
- Analyse retail performance and profitability by region, channel and seasonality; identify drivers of variance versus budget/forecast and recommend actions.
- Coordinate worldwide tracking of retail openings and closures with regional teams and HQ Real Estate; monitor Retail Capex versus investment budgets and flag overspend.
- Support monthly and quarterly closings by preparing commentary and variance analysis against budget/forecast; liaise with opex controlling and consolidation teams.
- Prepare presentations and analytical deliverables for executive management and holding company earning‑release reviews.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Finance or Accounting.
- 3–5 years’ relevant experience as a business controller, management reporting analyst, consultant or in audit.
- Proven ability to produce management reporting, forecasts, budgets and profitability analysis.
- Fluent in English; strong interpersonal and teamwork skills.
- Highly developed analytical, problem‑solving and organisational capabilities; able to perform under pressure in a fast‑paced, complex environment.
Skills
Experience
3–5 years of progressive experience in FP&A, business controlling, consulting or audit, ideally with exposure to retail or luxury fashion environments; cross‑regional coordination experience preferred.
Education
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting or a closely related discipline (preferred).
