Versace — Milan: Retail FP&A Analyst (Hybrid). Drive retail reporting, forecasting and profitability analysis to support global retail performance.
Role & Responsibilities
- Prepare and deliver management reports and KPIs focused on the Retail channel for senior leadership.
- Produce daily and weekly retail reporting, coordinating inputs across regional teams to ensure consistent global tracking.
- Analyze retail profitability by region, channel and seasonality; identify drivers and recommend corrective actions.
- Coordinate worldwide monitoring of new store openings and closures with regional teams and HQ Real Estate.
- Support senior management with presentations, dashboards and performance metrics for strategic initiatives.
- Contribute to earning release analyses required by the holding company.
- Support preparation of annual budgets, reforecasts and three‑year plans in collaboration with cross‑functional teams.
- Assist month‑end and quarter‑end closings, delivering variance analysis and commentary versus budgets/forecasts.
- Perform business performance analysis, focusing on subsidiary results in conjunction with opex controlling and consolidation teams.
- Monitor retail CapEx against investment budgets and highlight areas of overspend.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting or equivalent (preferred).
- 3–5 years’ experience in business controlling, FP&A, consulting or audit.
- Proven ability to prepare management reporting, forecasts, budgets and financial commentary.
- Fluent English (spoken and written).
- Strong interpersonal skills with ability to work cross‑functionally and present to senior stakeholders.
- Ability to work under pressure in a complex, fast‑changing environment.

Experience
3–5 years of progressive finance experience in business controlling, FP&A, consulting or audit, preferably with exposure to retail or luxury fashion business models.
Education
Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting preferred.
