Join the Retail Excellence Global team at Versace Corporate Headquarters in Milan to support the development and deployment of client-experience standards, training content, and standard operating procedures. The intern will collaborate with headquarters and regional teams to ensure consistency of client experience across markets and to scale HQ-driven initiatives in training, operational excellence, and stakeholder engagement.
Role & Responsibilities
- Support the development, update, and implementation of client experience standards and in-store engagement guidelines across global markets
- Contribute to the development and maintenance of standard operating procedures (SOPs), playbooks, and operational procedures to ensure consistency of client experience
- Create and maintain comprehensive training materials, coordinate training schedules and attendance, and ensure timely communication and completion tracking
- Prepare dashboards, executive summaries, and presentations; collect feedback and analyse training and initiative effectiveness across regional deployments
- Liaise with headquarters and regional teams to ensure alignment with global standards, timely deployment, and effective management of documentation and training assets
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Economics, Engineering, Analytics, or a related field
- Fluent in English and Italian (written and spoken)
- Proficiency in Excel (formulas, pivot tables) and PowerPoint
- Strong analytical mindset with demonstrated interest in retail client experience and operational excellence
- Prior internship or coursework in retail operations, training, or learning and development (preferred)

Currently enrolled in a degree programme; no prior professional experience explicitly required, though prior coursework or internship in retail operations, training, or learning and development is advantageous.
Education
Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Economics, Engineering, Analytics, or a related field.
