Versace — Milan: Retail Excellence Intern at HQ (hybrid) supporting training, SOPs and client‑experience initiatives.
Role & Responsibilities
- Support the design, update and governance of client‑experience standards, in‑store hosting guidelines and regional deployment playbooks.
- Create, curate and maintain training materials covering product knowledge, client interaction behaviours and operational procedures.
- Coordinate training logistics including calendars, scheduling, attendee tracking and completion records; manage timely communications.
- Prepare leadership materials and executive summaries, including dashboards and PowerPoint presentations.
- Contribute to SOP updates, playbooks and knowledge‑management assets for client experience programmes.
- Liaise with HQ functions and regional teams to ensure alignment with global standards and timely rollout of initiatives.
- Collect feedback from trainings and pilots, analyse impact and propose pragmatic improvements.
- Support ad‑hoc analyses related to training effectiveness and client experience metrics, and perform administrative tasks such as documentation and version control of assets.
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Economics or a related discipline.
- Fluent English, both written and spoken.
- Strong analytical mindset with a demonstrable interest in retail client experience and operational excellence.
- Proficiency in Excel (formulas and pivot tables) and PowerPoint.
- Highly organised, detail‑oriented and able to manage competing deadlines.
- Collaborative communicator with the ability to translate concepts into practical, scalable training content.

Experience
Entry‑level internship position based at Milan HQ. Prior coursework or internships in retail operations, training, learning & development, or merchandising are advantageous but not required.
Education
Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Economics or related field.
