Versace Department Manager in Serravalle Scrivia — lead a department, develop staff and deliver the Versace client experience in a full‑time retail role.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Support the Store Manager and Assistant Store Manager in driving sales and KPI performance for the assigned department through analysis, action plans and ongoing follow-up.
  • Continuously review department sell-through and inventory metrics; liaise with merchandising and divisional teams to optimise product availability and margin.
  • Coordinate, coach and develop the department team to ensure high performance; lead daily and weekly briefings and contribute to onboarding and training follow-up.
  • Ensure delivery of the Versace client experience by modelling superior customer service, building client relationships, and monitoring the team’s clienteling activity.
  • Oversee CRM activities and customer database management to maximise retention and sales opportunities; support in-store and promotional event execution with merchandising and PR.
  • Manage category and stockroom organisation according to company guidelines; enforce security measures to achieve shrinkage targets and maintain inventory accuracy.
  • Uphold store presentation and visual merchandising standards; ensure compliance with all operational policies and procedures.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Fashion, Business, or related field preferred.
  • 1–3 years of retail management experience; luxury retail experience preferred.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of specialty retail operations and store management.
  • Proven ability to coach, develop and hold teams accountable to performance objectives.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, organisational ability, and problem‑solving aptitude.
  • Sales-focused mindset with ownership of targets and a constructive, resilient approach in a fast-paced environment.

Experience
