Role & Responsibilities
- Partner with management to strategically achieve sales targets and maximize sales opportunities across all product categories
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through proactive engagement, personalized service, and consistent follow-up
- Capture and manage customer data to support long-term relationship development and implement community outreach initiatives
- Deliver superlative customer service standards that exceed expectations and drive brand loyalty
- Act as brand ambassador to cultivate relationships with new and VIP clientele, delivering the ultimate Versace experience
- Master product and brand knowledge and continuously pursue skill development in consultative selling
- Ensure store presentation and visual merchandising standards are maintained; participate in VM set-up and in-store promotional events
- Manage stock and backroom operations, including goods receiving, stock takes, transfers, and inventory reporting
- Maintain compliance with operational and company policies and procedures
Qualifications
- Minimum 2+ years' experience in retail, with luxury retail experience preferred
- Proficiency with retail sales systems, Microsoft Word, Excel, and email
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
- Strong ability to engage clients and build meaningful connections
- Passion for fashion and consultative selling with elevated customer service orientation
