Role & Responsibilities
- Record inbound and outbound raw-material order lines into the ERP/WMS within prescribed timelines.
- Prepare and issue transport documents (DDTs) for subcontractors (faconisti), identifying the most efficient shipping solutions.
- Coordinate with carriers to monitor deliveries and track shipments to completion.
- Manage production and product urgencies, responding to requests from Production, Product and Customer Service departments.
- Provide regular updates to internal stakeholders on open requests, delivery status and special requests.
- Interface with Customs to finalise import/export paperwork and ensure timely completion of cross‑border operations.
- Perform all activities in close coordination with the warehouse manager or designated supervisor.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years' experience in logistics or warehouse administration, preferably within fashion brands or logistics service providers.
- Proven practical knowledge of inbound/outbound warehouse processes and transport documentation.
- Familiarity with import/export procedures and interaction with Customs authorities.
- Good command of Italian and working knowledge of English.
- Flexible, proactive attitude with the ability to manage multiple priorities and handle peak workloads; resilient under pressure.

Experience
At least 2 years' hands‑on experience in logistics or warehouse offices, ideally within the fashion sector or with a third‑party logistics operator.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; vocational qualification in logistics, supply‑chain or a related discipline preferred.
