Versace seeks a Product Development Coordinator in Novara, Italy to manage RTW product development operations and prototype coordination on a fixed-term basis.
Role & Responsibilities
- Classify product models and coordinate prototype and sample launches, including VIP samples
- Manage communications with manufacturers regarding launch documentation and operational requirements
- Oversee and track shipments of prototypes, patterns, and materials to manufacturing partners
- Coordinate with warehouse operations to ensure accurate material fulfillment
- Verify material availability and ensure timely delivery to manufacturers to meet collection deadlines
- Prepare comprehensive production documentation including material specifications, wash specifications, notes, and customs codes
Qualifications
- 2–3 years of product development experience in apparel
- Advanced proficiency in Stealth 3000 software
- Foundational knowledge of PLM (Product Lifecycle Management) systems
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Fluent in Italian with excellent English language skills
- Strong collaborative and team-oriented mindset with proactive and reactive flexibility

Experience
2–3 years of product development experience within the apparel category; experience in the luxury sector is considered a significant advantage.
