Role & Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the merchandising team to develop strategic plans for product categories and influence cross-functional teams to deliver category direction
- Develop and maintain working relationships with cross-functional peers in sourcing, design, product development, and planning
- Create effective partnerships with regional merchandising teams to gather product feedback and market research
- Analyze daily and weekly sales reports and propose appropriate corrective actions
- Develop and present range plans for approval, including pricing strategy, cost-of-ownership, and competitive positioning
- Manage sample budgets for assigned categories and oversee tracking, maintenance, and ordering of samples
- Conduct competitive analysis including pricing benchmarking against market competitors
- Partner with corporate pricing teams to understand price-bands across core currencies and report findings to merchandising leadership
- Organize and coordinate collection notes and buying guides for internal distribution
- Coordinate and support administrative duties related to market training for the merchandising team
- Deliver ad hoc administrative and operational support to ensure smooth team operations
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Economics, Fashion, Business, or equivalent discipline
- Minimum 3 years of proven experience in merchandising or related design domain
- Demonstrated expertise in fashion trend identification and ability to translate trends into commercial collections
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and analytical tools
- Strong project coordination capabilities with ability to manage multiple concurrent initiatives
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Brand advocacy demonstrated through professional actions and strategic mindset

Experience
At least 3 years of proven experience in merchandising or design domain, with demonstrated proficiency in fashion trend identification, commercial collection development, and the ability to coordinate multiple projects in a fast-paced retail environment.
Education

Compensation
