Role & Responsibilities
- Verify and process proof of delivery (POD) documents for shipments to all recipients covered by company logistics spend
- Review and audit customs entry documentation for UK and US destination markets
- Liaise with customs brokers across multiple regions to ensure timely customs clearance
- Coordinate with Tax and Sales Administration teams on export compliance matters
- Maintain accurate filing systems for all POD and customs documentation
- Support the wider Outbound Logistics team across all assigned operational areas
Qualifications
- Fluent in Italian and strong English language proficiency (written and verbal)
- Excellent proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Outlook
- Demonstrated attention to detail and precision in administrative tasks
- Strong collaborative mindset with ability to work effectively across multiple departments
