Role & Responsibilities

  • Supervise daily store operations, ensuring compliance with brand standards for merchandising, visual presentation and housekeeping
  • Lead, coach and schedule boutique staff to deliver consistent, high‑touch client service and sales performance
  • Manage cash handling, point‑of‑sale procedures and end‑of‑day reconciliation with strict accuracy
  • Oversee inventory control, stock replenishment and loss‑prevention procedures, including cycle counts and shrinkage investigations
  • Implement operational directives from district management and report on KPIs, sales results and operational issues
  • Support recruitment, onboarding and training programmes to sustain service excellence and product knowledge
  • Ensure store opening/closing procedures, safety protocols and regulatory compliance are strictly followed

Qualifications

  • Minimum high school diploma or equivalent; post‑secondary education in business or retail management preferred
  • Proven supervisory experience in retail operations, preferably within a luxury or premium fashion environment
  • Demonstrated ability to lead teams, drive sales and maintain elevated service standards in a boutique setting
  • Strong numeracy and accuracy for cash handling, reporting and inventory control
  • Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills with a client‑centric orientation
