Role & Responsibilities
- Maintain all inventory in the stockroom and on the selling floor, ensuring accuracy and organization
- Process all inventory transactions accurately and timely to support store sales productivity and customer service
- Maintain appropriate stock levels and ensure all sizes and styles are represented accurately on the sales floor
- Communicate product stock level and quality issues to management to prevent inventory shrinkage
- Perform shipping and receiving tasks efficiently, cost-effectively, and within established timelines
- Stock store shelves and racks as needed to maintain visual standards
- Prepare for and execute the store's physical inventory, actively resolving any discrepancies
- Support daily store operations including opening and closing procedures, register management, visual maintenance, and inventory tasks
- Uphold operational excellence by adhering to company policies and procedures while using proper tools and equipment
- Assist the sales team with fulfillment tasks, size requests, cash register support, and stock availability guidance
- Maintain professional communication and teamwork standards when collaborating with coworkers, clients, and management
Qualifications
- Minimum two years of retail experience, with stock operations experience preferred
- Full understanding of specialty retail operations and best practices
- Proficiency with retail point-of-sale systems, Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, and email
- Demonstrated ability to thrive in fast-paced environments and multitask effectively
- Positive, outgoing personality with high energy and sales-focused mindset
