Operations Supervisor position at Versace Royalmount in Montreal, QC—oversee stock, inventory, and store operations in luxury retail.
Role & Responsibilities
- Maintain a neat and organized stock room to maximize efficiency and uphold company standards of excellence
- Keep the selling floor replenished to elevate the client experience
- Execute all store policies, including opening and closing procedures
- Supervise and execute all merchandise shipments and manage store supply levels
- Manage and maintain current visual merchandising displays in partnership with the General Manager
- Oversee inventory counts and communicate needs to support business goals
- Process, track, and communicate the progress of all repairs, damages, and shipped customer goods
Qualifications
- 2+ years of relevant stock or operations experience
- High-end retail experience preferred
- Self-starter with strong time management and organizational skills
- Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication skills
- Detail-oriented and technologically savvy
