Versace Operations Supervisor in Montreal (Royalmount) — full-time retail operations role overseeing stock, inventory and store procedures at Versace Montreal.
Role & Responsibilities
- Maintain a neat, organized stockroom to maximize operational efficiency and uphold brand standards.
- Replenish the selling floor to ensure optimal product presentation and an elevated client experience.
- Execute and enforce all store policies, including opening and closing procedures.
- Manage and supervise merchandise shipments, inbound processing and store supply levels.
- Oversee inventory counts, report discrepancies and communicate replenishment needs to support sales targets.
- Coordinate processing, tracking and communication for repairs, damaged goods and customer shipments.
- Maintain current visual merchandising set in partnership with the General Manager.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2+ years of relevant stockroom, inventory or retail operations experience (high-end retail preferred).
- Demonstrated ability to implement and maintain opening/closing procedures and store policies.
- Proven capability to supervise shipments, inventory counts and stocking workflows.
- Organized, self-motivated and able to multitask in a fast-paced luxury retail environment.
- Technologically literate with the ability to track and communicate repair/shipment status.
Skills
Experience
At least 2 years of hands-on experience in stock or operations roles, preferably within high-end or luxury retail environments, with demonstrated responsibility for inventory, shipments and store replenishment.
Workplace
The successful candidate will be located in Montreal, Quebec, Canada.
