Versace Operations Supervisor, Full Time - Miami Design District, FL. Manage back-of-house operations, inventory, and shipping/receiving.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Monitor sales floor stock levels and ensure all merchandise aligns with current visual merchandising presentations
  • Communicate product stock levels and quality issues to store management to prevent inventory shrinkage
  • Maintain an organized and efficient stockroom environment
  • Execute all shipping and receiving operations with cost-effectiveness and timeliness
  • Reorganize back-of-house space to maximize operational efficiency and enhance customer experience
  • Coordinate preparation and execution of physical inventory counts, cycle counts, and resolve inventory discrepancies
  • Support key holder responsibilities including store opening/closing and point-of-sale close-out procedures
  • Uphold operational excellence standards through adherence to company policies and procedures
  • Provide support to sales associates with sizing, stock availability information, and cash wrap assistance
  • Process merchandise damage assessments and monthly damage reports to company standards
  • Track and manage repair progress for both cost-of-goods and stock items with customer-facing capability
  • Assist in preparing bi-monthly corporate financial reports and documentation
  • Maintain detailed and organized records of all stock movement and transactions
  • Monitor store supply levels including packaging, beverages, and office supplies, communicating reorder needs to management
  • Process product consolidations and transfers within established deadlines with meticulous packaging standards
  • Process customer shipments in accordance with company standards of excellence

Qualifications

  • Minimum two years of experience in a retail back-of-house environment
  • Luxury retail experience preferred
  • Proficiency with retail point-of-sale systems
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
  • Professional written and verbal communication skills

Experience
