Role & Responsibilities

  • Monitor sales‑floor stock to ensure merchandise is represented in accordance with current visual merchandising standards.
  • Communicate stock levels and product quality issues to the General Manager and Associate Manager to mitigate shrink and preserve product integrity.
  • Maintain an orderly, efficient and secure stockroom; reorganize back‑of‑house areas to optimise workflows and elevate the client experience.
  • Execute shipping and receiving duties accurately, cost‑effectively and within scheduled deadlines.
  • Assist with cycle counts, participate in store inventories and reconcile discrepancies, adjustments and differential reports.
  • Fulfill key‑holder responsibilities as required (open/close store, close out POS, produce end‑of‑day reports).
  • Support sales team operations: run sizes, assist at cash wrap and advise on size and stock availability.
  • Process damages and repairs to company standards and track progress of all repair work (COG and stock), serving as a customer‑facing contact when necessary.
  • Prepare and submit corporate finance packs on a bi‑monthly cadence and keep accurate records of all stock movement.
  • Monitor and replenish store supplies (packaging, beverages, office materials) and manage internal consolidations and transfers with meticulous packaging standards.

Qualifications

  • Minimum two years' experience in a retail back‑of‑house (BOH) environment; prior luxury retail experience preferred.
  • Proven ability to communicate clearly and build collaborative partnerships with store associates and corporate partners.
  • Computer literacy including operation of retail POS systems, Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel and email.
  • Self‑motivated, proactive and able to maintain a positive, solution‑oriented attitude.
  • Ability to perform in a high‑pace retail environment, manage competing priorities and multitask while upholding operational standards.

Experience
