Role & Responsibilities

• Report to the General Manager and support the Associate Manager on BOH and operational matters.
• Maintain an organised, secure and efficient stockroom; regularly monitor sales-floor stock to ensure merchandise aligns with visual merchandising (VM) sets.
• Perform shipping and receiving duties promptly and cost-effectively, including processing customer shipments to company standards.
• Manage transfers and consolidations within deadlines, ensuring meticulous packaging and documentation of stock movement.
• Participate in physical inventory events and cycle counts; investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies and differential reports.
• Process damages and repairs to company standards; track and communicate repair progress for COG and stock, acting customer-facing when required.
• Execute general Key Holder responsibilities as needed (open/close store, POS close-out, end-of-day reporting).
• Support the sales team with stock-related tasks: run sizes, advise on availability, assist at the cash wrap.
• Prepare and send bi-monthly corporate finance packs as instructed.
• Monitor store supply levels (packaging, beverages, office supplies) and notify management to replenish stock.
• Communicate product stock levels and quality issues to management to reduce shrink and protect margin.
• Set and model operational excellence by following company policies and using proper tools and equipment.

Qualifications

• Minimum of two years' experience in a retail back‑of‑house (BOH) or stockroom role; luxury retail experience preferred.
• Proven ability to carry out shipping/receiving and inventory control with strong attention to detail.
• Solid communication skills and capacity to build collaborative relationships with store associates and corporate partners.
• Proficient with retail POS systems, Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel and email communications.
• Self-motivated, proactive, able to multitask in a fast-paced environment while maintaining operational standards and professionalism.

Skills

Experience

Minimum two years of hands-on retail back‑of‑house or stockroom experience; previous exposure to luxury retail operations is strongly preferred. Experience executing shipping/receiving, transfers, cycle counts and resolving inventory variances is required.

Education

Secondary/high‑school diploma or equivalent required; post‑secondary training in retail management, logistics or supply‑chain is an asset.
