Versace Operations Supervisor position in Dallas, TX. Full-time role overseeing inventory, logistics, and back-of-house operations in a luxury retail environment.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Maintain and monitor all inventory and back-of-house operations to ensure alignment with visual merchandising standards and sales floor representation
  • Coordinate shipping and receiving tasks with efficiency, cost-effectiveness, and timeliness to optimize logistics and minimize shrink
  • Organize and re-optimize back-of-house space to maximize operational efficiency and enhance the client experience
  • Prepare for and execute the store's physical inventory, actively resolving discrepancies, processing adjustments, and analyzing cycle count and differential reports
  • Process customer shipments, consolidations, and transfers in compliance with company standards of excellence and established deadlines
  • Communicate product stock levels and quality issues to management to prevent shrink and maintain inventory accuracy
  • Assist in key holder responsibilities including store opening and closing procedures, POS closeout, and end-of-day reporting as required
  • Process and track repairs and damage documentation monthly, maintaining accurate records and communicating progress with both internal and customer-facing stakeholders
  • Support sales team operations by fulfilling requests such as running sizes, assisting at cash wrap, and providing real-time stock and sizing information
  • Monitor store supply levels including packaging, beverages, and office supplies, communicating replenishment needs to management in a timely manner
  • Prepare corporate finance packs and submit bi-monthly reports with accuracy and attention to detail
  • Maintain meticulous documentation of all stock movements according to established protocols and company standards

Qualifications

  • Minimum two years of retail back-of-house experience
  • Proven experience in a luxury retail environment preferred
  • Strong organizational and time-management abilities
  • Demonstrated proficiency with retail POS systems, Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, and email platforms
  • Ability to work effectively in a high-paced, multitasking environment
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills with capacity to build partnerships across associate and corporate teams

Experience
