Versace — Operations Supervisor (Chicago outlet). Manage stockroom, inventory, shipping/receiving and support store operations at the Versace Chicago outlet.
Role & Responsibilities
- Supervise day-to-day back‑of‑house operations, ensuring stockroom cleanliness, organization and compliance with visual merchandising sets on the sales floor.
- Monitor inventory levels and product quality; communicate stock and merchandise issues to the General Manager and Associate Manager to prevent shrink.
- Perform shipping and receiving tasks efficiently and cost‑effectively, including processing customer shipments and transfers with meticulous packaging standards.
- Assist with cycle counts and full physical inventory; investigate and resolve discrepancies, adjustments and differential reports.
- Support key‑holder duties as required (open/close store, POS closeout, EOD reporting) and set an example of operational excellence by following policies and procedures.
- Process damages and coordinate repairs (COG and stock), track progress and communicate updates; be customer‑facing when necessary.
- Prepare and contribute to corporate finance packs on a bi‑monthly basis and maintain accurate records of all stock movement.
- Monitor store supply levels (packaging, beverages, office supplies) and communicate ordering needs to management; support the sales team with floor tasks when required.
Qualifications
- Minimum two years of experience in a retail back‑of‑house (BOH) environment; luxury retail experience preferred.
- Proven ability to manage inventory processes including cycle counts, transfers, shipping/receiving and damage processing.
- Strong verbal communication skills and ability to build collaborative relationships with store associates and corporate partners.
- Demonstrated organizational aptitude, attention to detail and a proactive, solution‑oriented approach.
- Comfortable performing key‑holder responsibilities and working in a fast‑paced, multitasking retail environment.

Education
High school diploma or equivalent; additional retail, logistics or operations certifications advantageous.
