Role & Responsibilities
- Monitor sales floor stock regularly to ensure all pieces are represented according to current visual merchandising displays
- Communicate product stock levels and quality concerns to the General Manager and Associate General Manager to mitigate shrinkage
- Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient stock room at all times
- Execute all shipping and receiving tasks in a cost-effective and timely manner
- Reorganize back-of-house inventory as needed to maximize efficiency and enhance client experience
- Prepare and execute store physical inventory counts while actively resolving discrepancies and processing cycle counts
- Exemplify operational excellence by adhering to all policies and procedures while using proper tools and equipment
- Support the sales team with tasks including running sizes, assisting at the cash wrap, and advising on size and stock availability
- Process monthly damage documentation according to company standards
- Track and communicate progress of all repair orders, both cost-of-goods and stock items, with customer-facing capability as required
- Assist in preparation of corporate finance packs on a bi-monthly basis
- Demonstrate professionalism and strong teamwork in all interactions with coworkers, clients, and corporate partners
- Monitor store supply levels including packaging, beverages, and office supplies, communicating order needs to management in a timely manner
- Process consolidations and transfers within all deadlines while maintaining meticulous packaging standards
- Process customer shipments in accordance with company standards of excellence
- Maintain accurate, organized records documenting all stock movements as instructed
Qualifications
- Minimum one year of experience in a retail back-of-house environment; luxury sector experience preferred
- Strong communication skills with ability to build partnerships with associates and corporate partners
- Proficiency with retail point-of-sale systems, Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, and email
- Self-motivated and proactive with a positive, can-do attitude
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, multitask effectively, and maintain balance across daily responsibilities

Experience
Minimum one year of experience working in a retail back-of-house environment, with preference for candidates with luxury sector background.
Education
No formal education requirement specified; high school diploma or equivalent is standard for the retail sector.
