Role & Responsibilities
- Maintain accuracy of all inventory in the stockroom and on the selling floor, ensuring correct representation of sizes and styles.
- Process inventory transactions promptly and accurately to support sales productivity and minimise shrink.
- Perform shipping and receiving duties efficiently and cost-effectively.
- Maintain a clean, organised and secure stockroom; restock sales floor shelves and racks as required.
- Assist in planning and executing the store’s physical inventory; investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies.
- Support daily store operations including opening and closing procedures, register support and visual maintenance tasks.
- Provide ad hoc support to the sales team (running sizes, advising on stock availability, operating the register) and communicate product quality or stock-level issues to management.
- Demonstrate professional communication and teamwork with colleagues, clients and management, and adhere to company policies and procedures.
Qualifications
- Minimum two years of experience in a retail environment; stockroom or inventory experience preferred.
- Demonstrated understanding of specialty retail operations and inventory control practices.
- Proficient with retail point of sale systems; working knowledge of Word, Excel and email.
- Ability to multi-task and perform under pressure in a fast-paced store environment.
- Outgoing, high-energy, customer-focused attitude with an entrepreneurial approach to supporting sales.

Experience
Minimum of two years’ experience in a retail environment; stockroom or inventory management experience strongly preferred, with a proven ability to operate in a fast-paced specialty retail setting.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training in retail or logistics or equivalent practical experience preferred.
