Role & Responsibilities

  • Own the regional outlet business with focus on creating the most profitable and strategically aligned assortment for outlet categories
  • Lead the execution of Versace buying strategy during buying sessions and contribute to overall category performance
  • Manage assigned budget and accountability for building store-specific assortments that balance volume drivers with brand-image pieces
  • Tailor product selections by store location based on brand strategy, sales history, and consumer profiling to ensure appropriate differentiation within multi-unit markets
  • Drive in-season range management and product trading to maximize revenue while maintaining brand integrity
  • Partner with Global Merchandising teams to align product offerings with regional trends and store-specific requirements
  • Collaborate with Visual Merchandising to ensure ranges are presented in stores according to established VM standards
  • Gather feedback from Retail Directors, Area Managers, and Store Managers to identify product gaps and market opportunities
  • Partner with Regional Marketing to identify and highlight key category investments for the region
  • Develop and execute action plans to boost performance in underperforming product categories
  • Prepare product training materials and present buying strategies to store teams
  • Conduct store visits and business travel to assess market conditions, store profiles, clientele, and competitive landscape

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in business, fashion merchandising, or related field preferred
  • 4–5 years of experience in a fast-paced, sales-driven environment
  • Strong analytical capabilities and proficiency with Microsoft Excel and computer systems
  • Keen understanding of customer and brand profile requirements
  • Team-oriented approach with excellent interpersonal and networking skills
  • Ability to work from NYC office minimum three days per week
