Versace seeks a Menswear Pattern Maker in Novara, Italy. Mid-level, full-time role in Product Development — on site at Via Belletti, 4/D.
Role & Responsibilities
- Support the menswear pattern office in converting designers' sketches into technical patterns and fit solutions.
- Review historical blocks and collection fits to ensure continuity and correct base references.
- Compile and update defect/fit reports and technical sheets for prototypes, fit samples and production launches.
- Measure sample garments and perform quality and fit control to verify correct execution against specifications.
- Interface with internal stakeholders (design, development, production) and external suppliers to follow product development milestones and resolve technical issues.
Qualifications
- 3–5 years of proven experience in pattern making within menswear product development, atelier or similar environment.
- Degree or diploma in fashion design, pattern making or garment technology; attendance at a specialised pattern-making school is preferred.
- Strong interpersonal skills, teamwork orientation, proactivity and a positive, energetic attitude suited to a fast-paced creative environment.
- Good command of Italian and English (spoken and written).

Experience
Minimum 3–5 years of hands-on experience in menswear pattern making or a closely related product development role, with exposure to prototypes, fit sessions and production follow-up.
Education
Degree or diploma in fashion, pattern making, garment technology or equivalent; specialised pattern-making school attendance preferred.
