Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver an exceptional Versace customer experience by building and sustaining relationships with new and existing clients, including VIP clientele.
- Partner with the store leadership team to achieve and exceed sales targets through strategic selling, cross-selling and full‑category coverage.
- Execute proactive clienteling and CRM activities: capture customer data consistently, follow up post-sale and maintain long‑term client relationships.
- Participate in the planning and execution of in‑store and promotional events to drive traffic and client engagement.
- Uphold store presentation and visual merchandising standards and assist with VM set‑ups to reflect brand directives.
- Manage operational duties including goods receiving, stock transfers, stock takes and backroom organisation while complying with company policies and procedures.
- Embrace and promote the Retail Excellence Program internally and externally to elevate service standards and commercial outcomes.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2+ years of retail experience; luxury retail experience preferred.
- Proven ability to build client relationships and drive sales results in a fast‑paced environment.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with an outgoing, energetic and service‑oriented demeanour.
- Proficiency in retail point‑of‑sale systems and basic office software (Word, Excel, email).

At least two years of retail experience is required, ideally within the luxury fashion sector with demonstrable success in client development and sales performance.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training in retail, fashion or client management is advantageous.
