Role & Responsibilities
- Partner with retail, outlet, and e-commerce teams to address all logistical and customer service requirements
- Monitor shipping to retail outlets and e-commerce distribution centers, coordinating with retail buying and e-commerce teams
- Maintain and publish weekly performance reports for retail, outlet, and e-commerce outbound shipments
- Process seasonal and re-order requests for retail, outlet, and e-commerce channels
- Create customized pick tickets based on priority levels and warehouse requirements
- Ensure timely fulfillment and shipment of orders by coordinating follow-up with warehouse operations
- Process made-to-outlet and outlet open stock requests
- Manage e-commerce to outlet transfers and e-commerce master data exports
- Process bulk and on-hand inventory requests
- Process in-transit goods from Italy and manage corresponding customs documentation
- Coordinate transfers between e-commerce warehouse, retail stores, and New Jersey warehouse
- Process licensee goods for e-commerce distribution
- Maintain shared tracking files for problematic e-commerce ASNs and purchase orders
Qualifications
- 2+ years of logistics experience within the fashion industry
- Experience working with third-party logistics providers (3PLs)
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple competing priorities and adapt to shifting demands
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
- Detail-oriented with consistent ability to meet strict deadlines
