Role & Responsibilities
- Support the Product Development Manager with day-to-day activities within the Leather Goods & Shoes product development team.
- Manage prototypes and sample invoicing and logistical loads, including creation of system orders for prototypes and samples.
- Request, verify and enter pricing information for prototype/sample orders in company systems.
- Assist collection development tasks: dispatching materials, preparing pick lists, compiling colour folders and related documentation.
- Follow up on shipments and deliveries of raw materials and components.
- Maintain and organise the internal photographic archive.
- Check technical models and contribute to the insertion of drawings and sketches into the technical files.
Qualifications
- Enrolled in or recently graduated from a relevant programme (fashion, footwear, leather goods, product or industrial design) or demonstrable equivalent experience; prior internship experience in product development preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, with strong Excel and PowerPoint skills.
- Familiarity with PLM systems; knowledge of Stealth is an advantage.
- High attention to detail, organisational precision, flexibility and the ability to work effectively in a team.
- Excellent command of Italian (verbal and written).

Experience
Preferable prior experience in a product development or similar role — internships or project work within footwear, leather goods or accessories development will be valued.
Education
Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a degree or technical programme in Fashion Design, Footwear Design, Leather Goods/Accessory Design, Industrial/Product Design or a closely related field.
