Role & Responsibilities
- Manage prototype and sample invoicing, loading and administration.
- Support creation and entry of system orders for prototypes and samples.
- Request and verify supplier prices for order entry into the system.
- Assist with collection development tasks: dispatching materials, preparing pick lists and color folders.
- Track shipments and coordinate delivery of raw materials.
- Maintain and organise the internal photographic/archive asset library.
- Check technical models and insert drawings/sketches into technical records.
Qualifications
- Preferable prior internship experience or relevant academic studies in product development, footwear, leather goods or similar disciplines.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, specifically Excel and PowerPoint.
- Knowledge of PLM systems; experience with Stealth is a plus.
- High attention to detail, flexibility, strong teamwork skills, energy and motivation.
- Excellent command of Italian (required).

Experience
Preferable minimum experience through internships or practical coursework in product development for footwear, leather goods or related accessory segments; hands-on exposure to sample management is valued.
Education
Degree or current studies in Fashion Design, Footwear/Leather Goods, Industrial/Product Design, Fashion Technology or a related field.
