Role & Responsibilities
- Serve as brand ambassador by delivering exceptional client experiences and promoting the Retail Excellence Program
- Achieve and exceed sales targets (daily, monthly, and annual) and key performance indicators including units per transaction (UPT) and average transaction value (ATV)
- Drive client data capture initiatives and maintain detailed client relationship records
- Develop and sustain genuine client relationships through personalized service, follow-up communications, and post-purchase support such as thank you notes and product maintenance coordination
- Support the sales team in acquiring new clients while nurturing existing relationships
- Execute daily operational tasks including opening and closing registers, visual merchandising maintenance, inventory management, and consignment operations
- Process returns, exchanges, and customer service transactions
- Maintain operational excellence by adhering to all store policies and procedures
- Coach and mentor junior team members using targeted training and development techniques
- Develop and execute business-driving initiatives, promotional contests, and in-store events
- Manage seamless inventory operations and reconciliation throughout the trading day
