Versace Keyholder, Full-Time position in Atlanta, Georgia. Sales leadership and retail operations management role reporting to General Manager.
Role & Responsibilities
- Act as Brand Ambassador, delivering exceptional client experiences aligned with the Retail Excellence Program
- Achieve and exceed daily, monthly, and yearly sales targets while driving key performance indicators (sales, UPT, ATV)
- Capture and manage client data to support relationship-building initiatives and personalized service
- Cultivate and maintain genuine client relationships through proactive after-sales engagement, including thank you communications, follow-up calls, and product maintenance coordination
- Support the sales team in identifying and nurturing new client relationships while retaining existing clientele
- Oversee daily operations including register management, visual merchandising standards, inventory maintenance, consignment opening and closing, and processing of returns and exchanges
- Establish operational excellence by adhering to company policies and procedures while leveraging proper tools and equipment
- Maintain seamless inventory flow throughout the day
- Coach and mentor sales team members through targeted training and development techniques
- Develop and execute business-driving initiatives, contests, and promotional events
- Build and maintain strong partnerships with clients, peers, and management through effective communication
Qualifications
- Minimum three years of proven retail experience
- Demonstrated expertise in specialty retail with established clientelling track record
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced retail environment
- Strong multitasking capability with balanced execution of concurrent responsibilities
