Role & Responsibilities
- Act as a Brand Ambassador delivering an exceptional, personalised client experience and promoting the Retail Excellence programme.
- Consistently meet and exceed individual and store sales targets (daily, monthly, yearly) and key KPIs such as UPT and ATV.
- Drive client acquisition and data capture, maintain and expand a proprietary client database.
- Develop and nurture long-term client relationships through after-sales service including follow-up calls, thank-you notes and coordination of repairs or maintenance.
- Support day-to-day store operations: open and close registers, process returns and exchanges, manage consignments and perform inventory tasks.
- Ensure flawless inventory operations and visual maintenance across the trading day.
- Coach, train and support the sales team; design and execute sales-driving initiatives, contests and in-store events.
- Uphold operational excellence by following company policies and elevating standards through correct use of tools and equipment.
Qualifications
- Minimum three years of experience in a retail environment, with demonstrable specialty retail and clientelling experience.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and KPIs in a high‑volume retail setting.
- Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment while multitasking and prioritising daily responsibilities.
- Entrepreneurial, sales-focused personality with an engaging and energetic presence.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build partnerships across clients, peers and management.
Skills
Experience
At least three years of retail experience, ideally within specialty or luxury fashion. Demonstrated experience in clientelling, meeting sales KPIs and performing opening/closing and inventory responsibilities; prior supervisory or team‑lead experience is preferred.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent required; further education in retail, fashion, business or a related field is advantageous.
