Role & Responsibilities
- Act as a brand ambassador by delivering an exemplary, high-touch client experience consistent with the Retail Excellence programme.
- Achieve and exceed individual and store sales targets (daily, monthly, annual) through proactive clientelling and conversion.
- Capture and maintain accurate client data; nurture relationships to drive repeat business and lifetime value.
- Provide after‑sales service including follow‑up communications, thank‑you notes and coordination of repairs or maintenance.
- Support daily store operations: opening and closing registers, cash handling, visual maintenance and inventory tasks.
- Ensure inventory integrity and seamless stock operations, including processing consignments, returns and exchanges.
- Demonstrate operational excellence by adhering to company policies and by using the correct tools and equipment.
- Coach and support the sales team through on‑the‑floor training, mentoring and performance feedback.
- Conceive and execute business‑driving initiatives, in‑store contests and client events to increase footfall and conversion.
- Communicate effectively with clients, peers and management to foster strong internal and external partnerships.
Qualifications
- Minimum of three years' experience in a specialty retail environment.
- Proven track record in clientelling and meeting sales KPIs (sales, UPT, ATV).
- Demonstrable ability to perform in a high‑paced, target‑driven retail setting.
- Strong multitasking capability with meticulous attention to operational detail.
- Entrepreneurial, sales‑focused personality with a dynamic and engaging presence.
