Versace in Orlando, FL seeks a Key Holder to drive sales, clienteling and daily store operations.
Role & Responsibilities
- Act as a Brand Ambassador by delivering an exceptional, personalised client experience and promoting the Retail Excellence Program.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets (daily, monthly, yearly) and core KPIs including UPT and ATV.
- Capture and maintain accurate client data to grow the CRM database and support clientelling activity.
- Develop and sustain genuine client relationships through proactive after-sales service (thank-you notes, follow-up calls, product repair/maintenance follow-through).
- Prospect for new clients while retaining and nurturing existing relationships to drive repeat business.
- Support daily store operations including opening/closing registers, POS transactions, visual maintenance and inventory tasks.
- Ensure seamless inventory operations throughout the day and process returns and exchanges according to policy.
- Model operational excellence and compliance with policies and procedures, using the correct tools and equipment.
- Create business-driving initiatives, sales contests and client events; coach and train sales team members to elevate performance.
Qualifications
- Minimum three years of experience in a retail environment, preferably in specialty or luxury retail.
- Demonstrated track record in clientelling and relationship-based sales.
- Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets in a high‑pace retail setting.
- Experience with opening/closing procedures, cash handling and POS operations.
- Strong multitasking capability, entrepreneurial mindset and a sales‑oriented personality.
