Role & Responsibilities

  • Act as a Brand Ambassador by delivering an exceptional, personalised client experience and promoting the Retail Excellence Program.
  • Achieve and exceed sales targets (daily, monthly, yearly) and core KPIs including UPT and ATV.
  • Capture and maintain accurate client data to grow the CRM database and support clientelling activity.
  • Develop and sustain genuine client relationships through proactive after-sales service (thank-you notes, follow-up calls, product repair/maintenance follow-through).
  • Prospect for new clients while retaining and nurturing existing relationships to drive repeat business.
  • Support daily store operations including opening/closing registers, POS transactions, visual maintenance and inventory tasks.
  • Ensure seamless inventory operations throughout the day and process returns and exchanges according to policy.
  • Model operational excellence and compliance with policies and procedures, using the correct tools and equipment.
  • Create business-driving initiatives, sales contests and client events; coach and train sales team members to elevate performance.

Qualifications

  • Minimum three years of experience in a retail environment, preferably in specialty or luxury retail.
  • Demonstrated track record in clientelling and relationship-based sales.
  • Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets in a high‑pace retail setting.
  • Experience with opening/closing procedures, cash handling and POS operations.
  • Strong multitasking capability, entrepreneurial mindset and a sales‑oriented personality.

Experience

Minimum of three years of retail experience; prior experience in specialty or luxury retail and a proven history of clientelling is strongly preferred.

Education

High school diploma or equivalent; retail or luxury sales training preferred.
