Versace Key Holder — full-time retail role in New York (SoHo Greene St). Lead sales, clienteling and store operations for Versace's Soho boutique.
Role & Responsibilities
- Act as a brand ambassador by delivering an exceptional, luxury client experience and championing the Retail Excellence Program.
- Meet and exceed sales and clienteling KPIs (daily, monthly, annual), including UPT and ATV targets.
- Drive client acquisition and retention through purposeful outreach, after‑sales service (thank-you notes, follow-ups, product repair/maintenance coordination) and data capture.
- Support daily store operations: open/close registers, process returns/exchanges, manage consignments and ensure accurate inventory handling.
- Maintain visual standards and perform visual merchandising maintenance throughout the day.
- Set the example for operational excellence by adhering to policies and using proper tools and equipment.
- Coach and mentor sales colleagues through on-floor training, development initiatives, contests and events.
- Communicate effectively with clients, peers and management to build durable partnerships that support business objectives.
Qualifications
- Minimum of three years of experience in a retail environment, preferably within specialty or luxury retail.
- Proven track record in clienteling and meeting sales targets in a high-volume retail setting.
- Demonstrated ability to multitask and prioritise in a fast-paced store environment.
- Entrepreneurial, sales-driven personality with strong presence and the ability to influence peers and clients.
Skills
Experience
At least 3 years of hands-on retail experience with demonstrated success in specialty or luxury clientelling, sales achievement and multi-tasking in a fast-paced environment.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; college coursework or vocational training in retail, fashion or business is a plus.

Compensation
The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 17 to USD 35 per hour.
