Versace Key Holder position in Bal Harbour, Florida – full-time retail leadership role driving sales, client relationships, and store operations.
Role & Responsibilities
- Serve as a Brand Ambassador by delivering an exceptional client experience and promoting the Retail Excellence Program among clients and staff
- Achieve and exceed daily, monthly, and yearly sales targets
- Capture client data and maintain comprehensive client relationship records
- Develop and cultivate authentic client relationships to drive core KPIs including sales, units per transaction, and average transaction value
- Maintain client relationships through after-sales service including thank you notes, follow-up calls, and product maintenance coordination
- Support the team in generating new client relationships while preserving existing ones
- Oversee daily operational tasks including opening and closing registers, visual merchandising, and inventory management
- Maintain operational excellence by adhering to policies and procedures and elevating standards through proper equipment usage
- Execute seamless inventory operations and open and close consignments
- Process returns and exchanges efficiently
- Communicate effectively and build strong partnerships with clients, peers, and management
- Develop business-driving initiatives, contests, and events
- Coach and support the sales team through targeted training techniques
Qualifications
- Minimum of three years of experience in a retail environment
- Demonstrated expertise in specialty retail and proven track record in clientelling

Experience
