Role & Responsibilities

  • Act as a brand ambassador by delivering exceptional, personalised client experiences and upholding the Retail Excellence Program.
  • Achieve and exceed individual and store sales targets (daily, monthly, annual) and key retail KPIs (UPT, ATV).
  • Capture and maintain accurate client data and nurture long-term client relationships through proactive after-sales service (thank-you notes, follow-up calls, repair/maintenance follow-through).
  • Support store operations including opening and closing registers, cash handling, returns/exchanges and consignment processing.
  • Maintain seamless inventory operations throughout the day, including stock management and inventory tasks.
  • Sustain visual merchandising standards and contribute to visual maintenance of the boutique.
  • Develop and run business-driving initiatives, in-store events and contests to stimulate client acquisition and retention.
  • Coach and mentor sales colleagues through on-the-floor training and performance feedback, setting an example of operational excellence and policy compliance.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of three years' experience in a retail environment, preferably within luxury or specialty retail.
  • Proven track record in clienteling and achieving sales targets.
  • Demonstrated ability to thrive in a high‑pace retail environment and manage competing priorities.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build durable client and team relationships.
  • Entrepreneurial, sales-driven personality with a professional and authoritative presence.

Experience

At least three years of hands-on retail experience, with demonstrable success in luxury or specialty retail environments and a proven ability to develop and retain high-value clients.

Education

High school diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelor’s degree in business, fashion, merchandising or a related field preferred.
