Role & Responsibilities
- Act as a luxury brand ambassador by delivering exemplary, personalized client experiences that preserve and elevate the maison’s prestigious image.
- Develop and sustain one-to-one client relationships through proactive clienteling — personalised follow-ups, thank-you communications and relationship-driven outreach to increase repeat business.
- Drive sales performance metrics including UPT (Units Per Transaction) and ATV (Average Transaction Value) and consistently meet or exceed daily, monthly and annual targets.
- Provide after-sales service management, coordinating product repairs, maintenance and client enquiries to ensure long-term satisfaction.
- Execute daily store operations: process returns/exchanges, manage consignments, perform cash handling and operate retail POS systems with accuracy.
- Open and close the boutique as a key-holder, ensuring security protocols, store readiness and adherence to visual merchandising standards.
- Support and lead in-store initiatives, events and sales promotions, and contribute to team training and guest service quality.
Qualifications
- Proven luxury retail experience, preferably 1–3 years in an upscale fashion or accessories environment.
- Track record of meeting sales targets and demonstrable clienteling success with high-net-worth clientele.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with polished presentation and professional discretion.
- Reliable, trustworthy and experienced with cash handling and basic store security procedures (opening/closing).
- Flexible availability including evenings, weekends and peak retail periods.

Typically requires 1–3 years of luxury or premium retail sales experience with demonstrated clienteling ability and a consistent record of achieving sales KPIs.
Education
