Versace seeks a Key Holder in Dallas/Fort Worth Metro to support store operations, sales and clientelling for its Dallas boutique.
Role & Responsibilities
- Act as a Brand Ambassador by delivering an exceptional, luxury client experience and promoting the Retail Excellence Program.
- Achieve and exceed individual and store sales targets (daily, monthly, annual) and KPIs such as UPT and ATV.
- Capture and maintain accurate client data; cultivate enduring client relationships through proactive follow-up and after-sales service (thank-you notes, calls, product maintenance coordination).
- Support daily store operations including opening and closing registers, processing returns/exchanges, consignments, and maintaining inventory accuracy.
- Maintain visual standards and perform routine visual merchandising and store maintenance tasks.
- Support inventory operations and loss-prevention procedures to ensure seamless stock control throughout the day.
- Develop and execute business-driving initiatives, in-store events and sales contests.
- Coach and train sales colleagues to elevate performance and clientelling capability.
Qualifications
- Minimum three years of experience in a retail environment, preferably in specialty or luxury retail.
- Proven track record in clientelling and relationship-driven selling.
- Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets in a fast-paced retail setting.
- Strong multitasking capabilities with attention to operational detail (cash handling, register operations, inventory tasks).
- Entrepreneurial, sales-focused personality with the ability to energise peers and build client trust.
Skills
Experience
At least three years of retail experience with a proven history in specialty or luxury clientelling and sales performance.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; coursework or certifications in retail, merchandising or sales are a plus.
