Versace — Stock Controller (Part-time) in Munich. Manage stockroom operations, inventory control and retail support for the Versace boutique.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Control incoming and outgoing deliveries: verify quantities and quality of merchandise and complete accompanying shipping/receiving documentation.
  • Maintain an organised, accurately-labelled stockroom and ensure the selling floor reflects correct inventory and size representation.
  • Conduct regular stock counts, prepare and participate in inventories, and analyse discrepancies to minimise shrinkage.
  • Support the sales team operationally — run sizes, assist at the cash register, advise on availability and fulfil ad hoc requests.
  • Monitor store supplies (packaging, office items, beverages) and communicate replenishment needs to management in a timely manner.
  • Report product stock-level and product quality issues to management and propose corrective actions to protect margin and brand integrity.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and health, fire and safety regulations while setting an example of operational excellence.

Qualifications

  • Minimum two years' experience in a stock or inventory role, preferably within retail luxury or fashion.
  • Highly organised, rigorous and reliable with strong attention to detail.
  • Proven ability to work collaboratively with sales teams and management in a high‑paced boutique environment.
  • Professional communication skills and a service‑oriented, proactive mindset.

Experience

At least 2 years in a stock or inventory position, with retail experience strongly preferred; demonstrable experience operating POS systems and participating in formal inventory cycles.
