Role & Responsibilities
- Manage budget, forecast and monthly closing activities for Industrial Management scope including Logistics (HQ and regional branches), Product Development, Industrial Division, and Design & Haute Couture
- Calculate and analyze Cost of Goods Sold (COGS), determine industrial overheads, value inventory movements, and coordinate with Accounts Payable and Inventory Controlling teams
- Analyze Actual Product Costs versus Standard Costs and track variances
- Monitor and track Product Development costs with focus on prototype and sample launches
- Prepare periodic reporting and calculate KPIs for the Industrial division
- Develop ad hoc analyses to understand industrial cost trends and support management decision-making
- Monitor and track costs related to production orders including Marketing Orders and Uniforms
- Optimize the SAP cost control system by monitoring Work-in-Progress (WIP), identifying and correcting input anomalies for Raw Materials, Finished Products, and Processing, and developing customized data extraction layouts
Qualifications
- 3–5 years of experience in Industrial Controlling, preferably within structured organizations and the Fashion industry
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Economics, Statistics, or related fields, or equivalent professional background
- Strong proficiency with analysis and reporting tools including Excel, PowerPoint, and Business Intelligence applications
- Advanced expertise in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
- Fluent in Italian and English
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with excellent interpersonal and communication abilities
