The Image Events Intern supports the planning, coordination and execution of events and special projects that enhance Versace’s brand image worldwide. Responsibilities include event administration, vendor and agency coordination, guest logistics, documentation and team tools.
Role & Responsibilities
- Support the day-to-day organization and coordination of events and brand activations.
- Assist with event-management administration, including purchase orders, invoice tracking, supplier onboarding and archive management.
- Support the preparation of presentations, reports and project documentation.
- Assist with coordinating agencies, suppliers and external partners.
- Support guest management and event logistics when required.
- Coordinate translations and manage internal documentation and graphic archives.
- Maintain and update team tools, including event calendars, budget trackers and project files.
- Assist with organizing meetings and cross-functional coordination with internal stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Excellent knowledge of English.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proactive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Ability to work effectively in a team and manage multiple tasks.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, including PowerPoint, Excel and Outlook.
Skills
Education
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Communication, Marketing, Event Management or a related field.
