Versace HR EMEA Intern in Milano. Support EMEA HR Business Partnering team with recruitment, data analysis, and reporting.
Role & Responsibilities
- Support the EMEA HR Business Partnering team with day-to-day activities and administrative tasks
- Assist with Workday hiring process management and general recruitment support
- Conduct reporting and data analysis on HR metrics and business intelligence
- Prepare presentations and summary reports documenting HR analysis findings
- Support store recruiting processes across the EMEA region
- Provide assistance to the HR team on special projects and strategic initiatives
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Fluent in English and Italian
- Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office suite
- Familiarity with HRIS systems and ability to learn new technical platforms quickly
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong problem-solving ability and thorough knowledge of HR procedures and policies
- Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively across departments
- Proven data analysis skills and comfort with using data to inform decisions
- Excellent time management and organizational skills with ability to meet deadlines
Skills
Education
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. Prior HR training or experience is advantageous.
