The Prada Group seeks an HR EMEA Intern to support day-to-day Human Resources Business Partnering activities across the EMEA region, working under the guidance of a company tutor. The role encompasses Workday recruitment system management, HR data analysis and reporting, store recruiting assistance, and special HR projects, offering hands-on exposure to international talent management within a luxury conglomerate spanning multiple brands.
Role & Responsibilities
- Manage Workday hiring process workflows and provide general system support
- Conduct HR reporting and data analysis to inform strategic initiatives
- Prepare presentations and detailed summary reports documenting HR analysis findings
- Support store-level recruiting and onboarding processes across the EMEA region
- Assist the HR team on special projects and initiatives as assigned
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Fluent in English and Italian
- Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office and HRIS systems
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Demonstrated problem-solving ability and thorough knowledge of HR procedures and policies
- Ability to build and maintain professional relationships internally and externally
- Excellent organizational skills with strict deadline compliance
